The JE Cairnes School of Business & Economics at the National University of Ireland, Galway has announced a new MBA scholarship for women.
The scholarship is offered in partnership with the 30% Club, an initiative launched with the aim of getting more women on to the boards of FTSE-100 companies. The organization supports women in business through study scholarships and mentoring programs.
Business schools are putting more resources into promoting gender equality in MBA programs and supporting women through their studies.
The scholarship at NUI, Galway will cover 50 percent of the MBA tuition fees, which are 27,700 EUR over two years.
