Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) has redesigned its Executive MBA program in preparation for its fall cohort.
The program now includes a suite of new integrated courses, including "the Mindful Manger," which seeks to help participants develop their own leadership styles; and "Responsible Management for a Global Society," which includes components in ethics and global responsibility.
Additionally, the EMBA program now includes hands-on consulting projects, where students will have opportunities to use their skills in real-world business environments.
The redesigned EMBA launches this October.
