Daniel Cruz is a digital professional with over 15 years of experience. He has worked in various digital core areas like e-commerce, and digital project management, covering B2B/ B2C industries from Cosmetics, (L’Oréal, Yves Rocher), Telecommunications (1&1 Ionos), Luxury (Swarovski) and currently leads the digital transformation at Heineken International, responsible for the Americas. He is also an independent ‘Intercultural Corporate Trainer’.
