Challenging the status quo can be tough, and when we’re under pressure, instead of speaking up it can sometimes seem easier to take a back seat.

Shola Kaye will share how we can all be D.I.V.A.S. (Dynamic, Inspiring, Valuable, Authentic & Supportive), elevating our voices, increasing visibility, and creating opportunities for change.

This celebratory workshop and fireside chat is focused on powerful communication and allyship, as well as exploring topics such as:

- Virtual communication
- Personal branding
- Managing difficult conversations
