I am graduating in December in business management at SDSU. I am considering continuing with their graduate program as they waive a few of the core classes because I received an undergrad in business from them so it's only a year long. I am wondering if there are any other colleges in California that offer the same kind of thing; courses waived so it's only 1 year to complete. Thank you for your help.

Are you talking about MBA programs? As far as I know, these do exist for some schools - but most require that you attend the specific school for undergrad. Chapman has a program like this but it's restricted to Chapman business undergrads in their final year.
Other schools, like Santa Clara, will waive courses - subject to a review.
Otherwise, there some good one-year MBA programs in California - CSU Marshall, USF Masagung, Pepperdine, etc., but without work experience these would be hard for you to get into.
