I got my 2 years L1-B visa bonding with company A in November last year.Then I still stay in my home country.I resigned my job in company A on December last year. May I know it is the L1 Visa is Validity now? Can I travel or study MBA to U.S on this L1 visa ? What can I do if this L1 visa is invalidity? thanks so much !

I guess if you plan to study in the US you will need an F1 visa anyway. Check this link for more info:
