This is a terrible recommendation. Looking on Google Maps, this 'college' seems to be based in a bridal clothing shop: https://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF-8&q=Richfield+College+in+Woodland+Hills,+California&fb=1&hq=Richfield+College&hnear=0x80c29eecf136f655:0xfa86506e44241288,Woodland+Hills,+Los+Angeles,+CA&cid=0,0,2494426474941776565&ei=JyheUIuXJoah0QWWgIGwDA&ved=0CIIBEPwSMAE
In the US, the only respected colleges are those with formal accreditation (those with .edu websites). The only worthwhile MBAs are those with international accreditation (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations). Take a look at http://www.cheapmba.org/cheapest-mba-in-usa/

The college is in a shopping/business center. You can go to Google plus to see the pictures . The web site is wwww.richfieldcollege.org. They got their approval recently from California BPPE. From the time a college gets approval it usually takes two to three years to become accredited. After the accreditation generally the tuition is much higher. I do not think it is a terrible choice. It may be your opinion. I remember Waldn University had the same status a few years ago and they got their accreditation and their fees went up 300%. I am not sure any new college can have international accreditation and any International accreditation is good only if it is recognized by the US Dept. of Education. None of the schools in your suggested site have state accreditation. By just pointing to a map you cannot judge a college. Please do your research first. Thanks.

Walden took 20 years to be accredited, and that's because the quality of what it delivered changed over time. Pre-accreditation graduates don't have the same outcomes. Maybe your college will be accredited in 20 years time, but right now you don't have the resources out outcomes of an accredited school.
State accreditation is something unique to California, and is no measure of academic standards. The other schools have regional and AACSB status.
PS Actually, the fact that your college shares the address of a bridal shop is meaningful. Most colleges are in purpose-built accommodation which they own, rather than in rented shopping centres. It suggests that there's no meaningful academic infrastructure, alumni network or career service. It's a tiny school, with 'lecture rooms' with a maximum capacity of 15. Contrast that to what you'd get one of the huge state universities on the list I provided.
