Hi everyone,
I wanted to post and ask for some advice. I have been out of University for roughly one year and am keen to prepare myself for a career in Finance by improving on my existing skill set with further education.
What I am essentially looking for is a list of schools which may be more flexible in terms of degree classification. I did my undergraduate degree in the UK and did very poorly. I struggled with some health problems in my final year and, whilst my first two years showed average academics, my final year was a disaster. Since then I have founded my own successful business and also work for an Italian Fund in Dublin. I have a solid GMAT score of 710. I also have a differentiated background having lived in 12 different countries and have excellent extracurriculars (mainly sporting).
So, are there any reputable universities which provide an MSc in Finance/ Capital Markets and would look past my weak degree and take into account things I have done more recently? Is there anything else I can do to show that I am academically capable and my degree doesnt reflect this ability?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
