King's is a reputed university but, speaking as one of its business alumni, I don't think the business school is especially reputable with UK employers. I think many, if not most, students return to their home country.
Henley is not just a good school, it's an excellent school. The FT has ranked in, in many recent years, in the MiF, MiM, EMBA and executive education rankings.
Certainly the phenomenon of rankings is over-inflated, but the FT calculates the metrics that matter to many stakeholders in a reliable way with audited data. I think we need them.
