Have you had a look around and eliminated those which do first? To be honest, it's unlikely that you'll find a good programme - one worth the money, fully accredited and with the proper professional recognition - which doesn't require work experience. You have another option: do an MSc instead. For more info on MSc's vs. MBAs have a look around on the discussion board; there's been a lot written on this issue in the last week or so.
