I am seeking your view specifically in my case. I have spent 12 years in Fintech working with multiple Investment Bank and Asset Management companies for change management or Product development as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Now working in a IT consulting firm as a consultant and would like to grow in either Implementation of ESG in Financial industry or M&A or Digital Transformation domain as CXO.

Kindly share your views as I have both the offers for EMBA in hand from Imperial (with a very little bursary) and CASS(Bayes), which one would give more millage from the perspective of networking, getting better job in future worldwide and knowledge perspective.

Cass had a wobble in the FT ranking but remains the leader for ESG and finance. Its evening mode is especially effective. The free annual elective hugely improves the value proposition for many. On the more generic digital track, Imperial wins.

I can't add much to Duncan's assessment of Cass v Imperial but I wonder if you can sharpen up your career aspirations to help you decide? Digital Transformation is very different to M&A which is very different again to ESG.

Thank you Ducan and Aslamo. Yes you are right I need to sharpen up my career aspiration. Digital Transformation is something I worked mostly. However, ESG is something I started working in 2021 and found interesting to pursue even though did not get much exposure. I have never worked in M&A, still fancy considering this domain if I need to change my career for better growth. 

Learning new things always motivates me and hence I keep on taking up new areas around Fintech. However, not sure which field would give me more growth in future. Please suggest if there is any particular way to chose one and stick to it.

Neither ESG nor digital transformation are roles: they are fields. A career aptitude test might give you some more specific ideas.
