In terms of time preparation, it really depends. That's why it's important to take a practice test early, to see where your strengths and weaknesses are. Then you can do really focused preparation to target your weaknesses.

In terms of time frame, the round 1 application deadlines for many US programs close around this time in 2016. So try to get your scores in before then, if you're applying to US MBA programs.
