Hult and LBS are the best part-time programs in Dubai. However, i believe Hult is the only school with a local Careers Services team in Dubai. Note that they offer career support (help with CVs, interviews, introductions to local employers) not job placement. It is still your responsibility to get a job.

Not sure regarding online universities within UAE. But certainly you can look at UK and US schools that offer online programs, of which there are lots. Note high-quality online programs are not massively cheaper. And I assume the majority require some time to be spent at the home campus.
Personally, i am not a great believer in online MBA programs. So much of the MBA learning experience comes from discussion with classmates not just from the professors. Cant imagine this working well over IM.
Other part-time programs to look at in UAE are MBS, Heriott-Watt & Middlesex. They may have some online component (not sure) but are cheaper than LBS and Hult for sure. I doubt they have any careers support locally, but may be wrong on this.

I am also planning to do my part-time MBA in Dubai, but I have some concerns regarding stability of my Job speacial in this time of global financial problems.I made a lot of researches and here is some of result
Manchester business school seems good and ranked in the top 100 but the fees are in GP and they require attendance of full 6 days workshops once every 6 months. that doesn't suite me. there is also Universty of StathClyde, the y are also ranked in top100 and the fees are in Dhs. their classes are in the weekends but they are near Qusais which is far for my House. Universty of Wollongong looks Ok as well and not very expensive, but they are not accredited by AMBA .
The best option I found so far is Universty of Leicster UK , it is accridited by AMBA and the fees are around 6.5 GP including books, workshops you pay speratley 21K Dhs. only disadvantage is that it is distance learning, so you have to work on your own. anyone can help me decide for Leicster?
