Can anyone offer any advice on 2 online MBA programs Penn State World Campus vs University of North Carolina. I'm currently debating on choosing from one of the two, but at this point of my career(currently employed in corporate finance w/+20 years experience) does the school make a difference?
I may plan to move out of my company and notice that UNC is ranked higher but does that really matter? #1 vs #10 etc? PSU is definitely a lot cheaper and this may help in my decision, however should i spend the extra $'s for a higher ranked school?
thanks!

This depends on your career goals, how the value of the alumni networks differ. From my perspective, UNC is one of the top public unis in the world, and unlike PSU there is a separate, denser, network for the flagship campus at Chapel Hill. The lifetime premium in average salaries is much greater than the difference in cost.
If you have transformative ambitions, an executive MBA will be a better choice.
