Hey Guys,
Does anyone know anything about the quality of IUP's MBA program and generally how living in Pennsylvania is?
From reports have been reading, it is a state well known for its drug use and deaths accordingly.
Any info shared will be appreciated???

Indiana is a smallish town and will probably be similar to other smallish towns hosting state schools. Probably will be pretty safe.
Pittsburgh is the big metro in the area, but you'll probably need a car to get there.

When you say Pennsylvania, do you mean UPenn, Penn State, or UPitt?
UPenn is fairly safe, but Philly does have crime issues. Beautiful campus (why its so expensive lol). It's a pretty big city that's got everything a major city has, and its population has lots of 20s/30s. Also 2 hrs from NYC and DC for weekend trips.
Penn Stats is isolated and safe. It's a college town, so don't expect a ton of job opportunities or life after college is done with.
I don't know much about the program, but I can tell you Pittsburgh is a pretty safe city. Most of the crime in PA comes from Philly and Harrisburgh. Campus is really nice. The Cathedral of Learning deserves to be a National Icon. Never seen anything like it in that size.
