Hello.

I got accepted in Manchester and Cranfield?s Msc. in Marketing.
Any advice on which university should I choose? I have 3.5 years of working experience in the sales department. I would like to either work on sales or change to the marketing department after the program.

Can anyone give me an advice?

Manchester is a highly ranked school and also known as a business center, so it's definitely a good choice. As far as Cranfield goes, I don't really know much about that school. But with your work experience, I don't think you'll have a problem transitioning into marketing after your degree.
