Depends on your goals but the greater face to face elements and stronger alumni network makes Manchester a better option for most students.

Yes the Manchester part time MBA is as far as I can see the one that is most like the full time experience. In terms of career services, Manchester has the advantage of campuses outside the UK but in the UK perhaps Warwick is as good or better.
