Does anyone know any way to receive financial aid or get a student loan for TiasNimbas? I currently live in the US and am looking to start at TiasNimbas in Fall of 2009, but I am having a hard time finding any loan availability. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I don't think you can get federal loans or graduate plus loans, you have to get private loans from salliemae.

May have to go the private bank route for loans. I did when I studied abroad. But there may be scholarships available. What TiasNimbas campus are you looking to study at? If Bonn, perhaps you can look at the scholarship database on DAAD. Netherlands probably has an equivalent. Deadlines, however, could be an issue for a Fall 2009 start. Good luck.

To clarify, I have called every single loan companies in the U.S. They are saying TiasNimbas do not participate in any U.S loan companies.

Hello Croatia,
This is what I have found.
If you are not a Dutch resident, please check what regulations apply in your country for professionals who wish
to constantly innovate and renew themselves.
Bank loan
Many banks offer specifi c loans for educational purposes. Existing credits or mortgages may also be extended.
There is often room for negotiation about fi nancing your studies, especially if you have been a loyal customer of
your bank.
TiasNimbas Loan Programme
Participants who decide to pay for (a part of) the study costs themselves, may also make use of the TiasNimbas
Loan Programme. This programme is developed by TiasNimbas in cooperation with De Lage Landen, member
of the Rabobank Groep.
You decide yourself how much of the programme fee you wish to fi nance with the TiasNimbas Loan Programme.
You can fi nance your studies during a period of 36, 48 or even 60 months. Upon receipt of the required formalities,
you are notifi ed on the credit decision within one week. Your application will be checked at the Bureau Krediet
Registratie. De Lage Landen will pay the entire programme fee in advance to TiasNimbas. You will pay off your loan
to De Lage Landen in fi xed, monthly payments.
