I am a biologist and I am currently working in Academia, but would like to go inside a biotech company where I would like to work in a business-oriented position.
As I do not have any Business education, I was searching for MBA programs and found that IE, in Spain, offers a Master in Biotechnology Management. Are this kind of programs considered by companies when recruiting people? Would it be better for me to try a regular MBA? Or maybe to join a biotech as a researcher and once inside to do an MBA?
Thanks!
