I'm looking for a good university for masters that allows scholarships or a university where i can get a good degree and can work and pay for myself

For the best chances of scholarships, apply to schools where you are 'overqualified' in a way. For instance, if the average GMAT score at a specific school is 600, and you come in with a 740, they'd be more likely to offer you increased funding.
Same thing with work experience, leadership abilities, etc. Many schools are willing to pay extra to attract candidates that will help bring their stats up or add value to a cohort.
In terms of working while studying, this will be logistically difficult in a full-time MBA. Also, depending on where you study are the visa you are on, it may not even be a possibility.
