I understand that these are two different programs but still I would like to know which one of this is more probable to provide good outcome with respect to job market . Which school is better overall and if one had the choice to only select between these two Berlin based schools which one should it be?

Very similar. I don't think either of these are probable to lead to work for students who do not enter the programme with fluent German. So I guess the MBA is more recognised for people when they return to their home country.

thanks for your reply ...ya ,,both look on a pretty similar level ...The only Difference is HWR's MBA has AMBA accreditition ...So more international recognition for the degree makes sense.
Also If u could help me further with one more question...Which countries in Europe ( with good work opportunities ) have working language as English ..if there are any ?
How about Italy ?

Also, I think the is another difference between the Berlin schools: the masters in BA&E is not an MBA. You could not describe yourself as being an MBA, legally, in Germany. And since the diploma supplement lists the courses, I think people familiar with MBAs will understand that the MBA&E resembles a degree in engineering and manufacturing managagement, rather than an MBA. Topics like accounting, investments, macro- and micro-economics are very light, and the soft skill and leadership elements are not prominent.
