Dear All, g' day,
Does someone heard about Graduate Diploma in Management at Helsinki School Of Economics?

As far as I understood it short-cut version of HSE MBA (one year instead of 2). Due to some reasons I'd like to apply for one year courses, cos I don't have enough experience for MBA (3 years are needed, I'm working only 2).
I suppose HSE MBA is good enough in Europe, especialy in Scandinavia and so Graduate Diploma in Management should be also usefull and successful.
Pls advise, does this courses worth, or should I try to apply for MBA few years later (I'm 24, it seems that it's rather early for MBA and top management).
Thanks!

Hello Alex,
First of all HSE is a good choice! I just know its reputation regarding the MBA program, but I presume that the general quality of the courses is good.
Besides, if you ask me, it is worth to wait for a year more and do an MBA instead of the mentioned Graduate Diploma. What is this exactly anyways? Potential employers will maybe ask the same question, but everyone relates to MBA and knows that an HSE MBA gives a certain guarantee for the qualification of the candidate.
24 years is rather early, yes, but more relevant are the other conditions: If you have enough work experience, 24 is an OK age for doing an MBA!
