Hi,
I recently had an interview with EDHEC for the 10 month Full time MBA program starting in Sept 2011.
Does anyone have any information about the MBA reptutation, faculty, career placement services etc at EDHEC.
The school looks good on paper but I havent seen a lot of information about the school on discussion forums, mba websites etc.

I've actually never heard of that school myself, but I just looked on their website and it seems promising.
Perhaps try to contact the Alumni Association for feedback:

It's triple-accredited, I think. That's a good sign.
No idea about it's reputation inside or outside of France, though.

Hi,
I have been offered a place in the class of 2011 Sept intake with 50% reduction in tuition fees.
Now this program is starting to look very tempting.
My only concern is getting a job post MBA that will help me recover what I am going to invest (which is 16,250 euros) ,since I am a non-european.
Thoughts anyone?

EDHEC is a very good school and very-renowned in France. It is solidly ranked within top 10 and top 5 in Finance.
So if investment banking or banking is your aim then EDHEC is the right one to go.
I do however warn you that you gotta speak decent French to be able to get a nice job following your graduation. Without decent French it is tricky because I have seen students going top schools not landing a professional jobs and I have seen students going to lesser schools having solid career.
So at the end of the day you gotta be a bit careful. Let me stress again academically it is great that is about it.
All the best

Yes, the language factor is always a major consideration. I'm looking into programs in Scandinavia at the moment, but even if they're taught in English, I have to consider the job market. Without proper language skills I might be forced to return to Germany.
