I am from India. I have more than 9 years of exp. in Software Development including 3 yrs experience in leadership role and some freelancing works. My academics are average, but good in extra curricular activities.
My preference (order wise) -
i) Schengen Area
ii) Project Management or related stream
iii) Tution Fee < 24000 EUR
iv) Admission without GMAT/GRE
Right now I am in planning phase. I have started preparation for IELTS. Please suggest.

Thanks Duncan for the reply. I am open for MSc in Project Management as well, if it will fulfill my mentioned requirement.
Will you please suggest any college according to my preference.

Take a look at mastersportal.com you can filter there by language, fee and country. Very few will require the GRE or GMAT. I like this one... https://www.escpeurope.eu/programmes/specialised-masters-MScs/MSc-in-digital-business-project-management-and-consulting

The only issue with an MSc-level program is that in general, you will be much older / more experienced than the rest of the cohort.

What are your goals?

I think a lot of this comes down to your ability to learn the local language before you start the degree. Otherwise you are limited to cities with a lot of English language workplaces. So that's basically Amsterdam and Glasgow.

I can read Spanish. I have already started learning Spanish.
Considering that I could learn a local language within a year before starting the course, what would you suggest?

PS- Nordics are too cold for me. Weather and Language-wise Spain is good for me. Job opportunity wise Germany seems more appealing.

MiP and ESCP jump out as the highest quality, followed by Nova and Maastricht. Many of these schools are weird for profit schools to avoid, like BEBS and the 'Swiss'. Look at unemployment rates in these cities. Learning a language to a professional level will take you a year or immersion in the country.

My suggestion is if you have the funding for a year-on-the ground immersion to learn a local language, don't actually do that and put the investment instead toward a quality MBA program instead.

Your level of work experience plus your goals (to work at management level) don't completely mesh with doing a pre-experience master's program.

Or, ESCP has some post-experience programs, I think they call them executive masters. Look into those?
