You would be wasting your application fee. Spend it instead on improving your GMAT.

Avg GMAT at AGSM and MBS is 650/660. do you think i can get in with 650?

I would not bet on it. Search for my post on GMAT Tiers. An Indian with a below average GPA, less desirable family firm work experience and an average GMAT is not a strong candidate.
