What are your goals? Why is this urgent, if you have five months to go?

You need to get goals before anyone can answer this question; try to find a coach who can sit down with you and help you discover and think through your desires and beliefs. For example, perhaps the answer is to not take a masters degree.

Generally, most successful accountants focus on getting their accounting qualification rather than their MBA. I guess the schools people have most often graduated from will be:
University of Ghana
Kwame Nkrumah' University of Science and Technology, Kumasi
Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration
University of Cape Coast
Central University College.

I think you'll find the best RoI of from working for a few years and then taking an MBA, ideally from an international school. Universities that recruit often from Ghana include:
University of Leicester
Maastricht School of Management
Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences
Oxford Brookes University
University of Liverpool
University of Manchester - Manchester Business School.

Some universities, including Oxford Brookes and Manchester, have accellerated distance-learning MBAs for accountants (http://www.accaglobal.com/en/qualifications/glance/mba/overview.html http://www.mbs.ac.uk/programmes/mba/global/finance.aspx)
