there is a n EMBA from Inspire business school collaborating with Swiss school of management from Italy offer it in Egypt
is it any good ?

That is not a notable organization. Isnt the 'Swiss School of Management' the new name for 'Rome Business School'?

but SSM have an IACBE Accredit

Every school is accredited by someone, but the respected accreditation comes from amba, Equis or AACSB.

I just googled iacbe. The fourth hit is the Swiss school in Rome. Are any universities you have heard of accredited by it?

A much better investment for your time (and less money) would be to do free courses on Coursera or another provider. A school that lacks accreditation from AMBA, AACSB, or EQUIS is rarely worth it. There are some exceptions but this isn't one of them.
