I don't think there are many strong schools for finance with a January intake. Maybe Columbia? I think they will look for 700. The academic year starts in September there.

The IBEAR MBA at USC is the only one I can think of; it allows you to take three finance electives.

Really, it's very hard because each of your criteria: spring start, finance concentration and $50k, individually remove most of the accredited business schools in the US. Collectively, they remove the overwhelming majority, and all of the really good ones. I can't think of one, but someone else might know one.

I think you should add a further criteria: the school should be accredited by the AACSB https://www.aacsb.net/eweb/DynamicPage.aspx?Site=AACSB&WebKey=7DBEF580-E72C-49B5-91BB-6C589B24CC77
