MBA: Surrey v/s Liverpool

Hi Guys....

I got an offer for MBA from Surrey and Liverpool Uni... can anyone plz advise as to which to go for... Surrey is better in UK ranks but its far behind from Liverpool in World Uni ranking this makes me wonder which to choose
kindly advise.. :)
