Can you still do an EMBA on a Level 7 apprenticeship? Does your employer need to be a levy payer, or can it be a smaller company?

Any size of company can send people into those courses. Full degrees are not funded any more, beyond the cohorts already running, so most schools are introducing postgraduate diplomas which are funded, and then a separate, unfunded, MBA top up.

So for someone in a position to effectively self fund an EMBA via their own business would Cranfield be a good option? Objectives are knowledge aquisition and a bit of networking.

Duncan I have just had a poke around on the MBS website and the only top up option seems to be to an MSc. Would this not be an inferior choice for someone later in their career ?

For some people, the advantage of Alliance MBS would outweigh the advantage of the MBA. It depends where you are.
