Go here: http://business-schools.findthebest.com/ and move the GMAT slider to 620. Then look at similar schools to those in international rankings.

Thanks Dear.
Can please advise my GPA will be a barrier to my application?

It is weak, but it's not a barrier everywhere.

It would help if you were a bit more specific about where you wanted to go, and where you want to settle after graduation. Also, what industry do you want to work in?

Thanks MBA hipster.
Adding some more details:
I would be interested in doing MBA from Asia or Europe(UK opted out coz of bad financial conditons and reviews from my friends who have completed MBA from there and United States due to my budget constraint.)
I would like to Work in Europe post MBA, but because of present scenerio things dont seems to be bright( unemployment rate in EU and being a INDIAN -),difficult to get work visas).
So next option is back to Middle East,India or Singapore.
I am looking forward my MBA for a career shift to Consumer Goods Marketing provided I get a good opportunity or the worst case to continue with the present Logistics and Supply Chain industry(may be I can have better options post MBA).

13th grande ecole de gestion, so solid but not spectacular. impact will vary depending depending on where you try to use it.

You're probably right about looking elsewhere instead of the UK, States, and Europe. Right now, there's probably less chance to find work there now (although in two years, who knows?)
I'd start in Singapore. Check these out:
NUS
SMU
Nanyang
Maybe stick with a general MBA - although the marketing concentrations at NUS and Nanyang might be worth looking into if you're planning on shifting into consumer goods marketing.
Thanks MBA hipster.
