MBA Tours

For those of you who don't know, TopMBA does a semi-annual "MBA Tour" that hits most major cities of the world. I went when it came here (Washington DC) last fall, and I'd like to attend the tour again before I start applying (in the fall of next year for 2013). I'm planing on taking a trip in the Spring to Europe to visit the schools I'm interested in (HEC, INSEAD, St Gallen, Mannheim, etc), so I'd most likely go to the event in the Spring as well. My question is, is there such a thing as going to these events *too* frequently? It's not like I'm going to multiple events in one season, but I was also thinking of going to the upcoming event here in the Fall to see if there were any more info to be had, and I'm wondering if going to two events in a row would get me some kind of reputation as a "tire kicker". My personal thing is, I like to do as much fact-finding as I can (I planned a four-month semester abroad in Russia for about 2.5 years), and the MBA tour looks like an opportunity that I wouldn't want to miss.

Any thoughts?

It's a smart question to ask, because those guys have great memories. I went to pick up a brochure for a friend last year (I graduated from my MBA in 2004, and had been shopping around in 2000-1) and the marketing guy from Euromed (who then has been at EMLyon) and the guy there asking me I still had not made up my mind. What a memory!

But, honestly, if you're shopping around for a year or two that's fine.
