Hi dear consultants
I am consultant of multi-hundreds million dollar Iranian energy companies. Also, I have an excellent educational background and good GMAT,GRE and TOEFL score. I attached my complete resume please find and read it. I have some questions.
I want to get an MBA from best-ranked Bussiness schools that could give me some fund so the program only cost me under 50k.
If I want a full fund program with my resume which schools do you suggest to me? and does there is so many difference in future incomes of top 10 top 50 and top 100 ranked schools?

Yes, there's a huge difference in income between the top 10 and the top 100 ranked schools. You most likely will not be able to find a fully funded MBA program at a top 100 school, unless you have something spectacular about your background - i.e. if you grew up in a refugee camp and defeated all odds to get to where you are today, or you're an Olympic swimmer of some such.
