I am a graduate in engineering with 3 years of work experience in IT sector as an SAP XI analyst. As i dont have enough money to pursue an MBA i am looking for PG diploma or certficate programmes.

Personally, I think you should narrow down your search in terms of your goals, I mean these range from human resource management to marketing and project management, they're really all over the board.
