You won't be able to get a visa for a part-time course. I think IAE Aix and Telecom ParisTech have a joint EMBA which can be taken full-time or part-time, so maybe that would allow you to accellerate? EDHEC used to have that option. Maybe an online MBA is the solution, perhaps with a British school with a good alumni network in India, like Bradford, Strathclyde or Warwick.
