It's not really clear to me what your goals are and what kind of program you're looking for.

If you can take a year or two off work, an MBA might be worth considering. However, if you can't, a part-time or distance learning program might be an option. If you're looking at shorter options, I'm not sure there's much out there that can help you develop 'entrepreneurial' skills and which also are good investments. Taking free courses on Coursera or another platform might be an option.

It would be good to know your goals and your expectations.

Aren't PGDM-level courses typically only offered in India? If so, get into the best school you can.

If you're looking outside of India, laurie is right, you'd probably want to aim for an MBA, at least compared to an EMBA. Again, though, the best advice is to get into the best school you can.
