Flight attadent looking for MBA


I'm a 23 years old i just got my BA in Economics and Management I have 2 years of associative work/ volunteer work and 11 months of internships , currently i m applying for qatar airways to work as cabin crew ( flight attendant ) I really need some information because I m still conflicted should I apply for Master of Science in International Business Administration in germany or go ahead and work for qatar airways either way I would want to study my MBA after 4 years and i don't know is a flight attanedant 3 or 4 years work experience is relevent or not when it comes to MBA
