I have 3 question. I hope someone can help me.

I have already applied and completed my interview for MBA full time.

1. The portal shows that I'm missing a paper "Evidence of vocational experience -- no matriculation". Can anyone please let me know what exactly is this paper?
2. I would also like to know what is the usual date for a reply from the college.
3. How does the University response with the admission detail? Is it through the mail?

Point 1 is curious. The ESB application does not seem to require proof. It is common in Germany to obtain a certificate after a job or internship. That is probably what they are referring to. With other documents needed by ESB you will generally need to bring originals to registration. They will check them before you matriculate.

I have applied to ESB using HISinOne Portal and it shows that I have Evidence of vocational experience pending which makes my application incomplete.

Okay. So in that case I suggest you upload some and then suggest to the ESB admissions team that they should add an outline of what that is to the admissions section on the MBA website (since someone outside the DACH region might not be familiar with it, and I can't see that requirement listed on the site).
