Neither of these has great careers services but cnam is well known and has respected international accreditation, unlike PSB. Aim for HEC, Insead, ESSEC or EDHEC for global profile.

Thanks for your quick reply, Duncan! I appreciate your feedback. I’m currently working at a UN agency and already have 2 masters, (mid-30s). I’m just planning to move to Paris for a one year sabbatical so would like to take an MBA (20k euros max) with arts/culture specialization if possible, only PSB has it I guess. If not, regular MBA is fine. What do you think about INSEEC? They have a cool MBA in social media with study trip in Silicon Valley, but worried it’s not a reputable school in France (in case I decide to stay and work in Paris). Do you recommend IAE Paris 1 Sorbonne MBA? Which will you rank no.1 from my list?

What are your goals? How good is your French? Really, I don't think there's a big difference between these no-name for-profit schools and a state university, and the state university will be fraction of the cost. Maybe look at the Eiffel school. Obviously there is very little demand in Paris for managers who can't study in French, so these courses exist to satisfy the students' demand.

If you want to work in France, then on your budget you could take an MSc at ESCP Europe.

The Eiffel MBA is basically free - https://www.iae-eiffel.fr/en/formations/master-2nde-annee/master-2-master-business-administration - with the money you save, volunteer for internships in art and culture, or join a start-up.
