You need work experience to do an MBA program. You should look at an MSc program instead -- these don't require work experience. The best ones in Germany are the following:

Mannheim Business School's Master in Management
University of Cologne's MSc in Business Administration

For the MBAs at most of these schools, the average work experience is usually about 4-6 years.

I don't think that many of the German business schools have substantial networks in Pakistan. You can check with the schools though, and look at LinkedIn to see what kinds of alumni networks they have.
