Dear Friend,
I'm just wondering if there's any 1 year master program with a good reputation and quality that you'd suggest me to have a try with my current qualification please. Prefers to be MBA program but could be other if there're chances.
Some self-background:
I'm on my 30s, currently based in Ireland, and have worked for 11 years in global company across few function areas(Over 7 countries, different branches but same company, ranking top 100 among global Food& Bev companies ), that includes:
* Production/Operations management; - 2 year
* Quality management; - 1 yr;
* ERP Function designing; 1 yr
* ERP deployment; 3 yr
* ICT project management - 4 years
With Bachelor's degree on Food science& Engineering. (President of association unions in university, 20+ awards/rewards on campus)
Have reference letter from my current company global CEO
I haven't any official language test result yet(LELTS/TOFEL) since it's not required before and my work language is English, mother tongue is Chinese though.
GMAT haven't booked.
If the language tests could be skipped that'd be great but I don't mind to book for tests if that's required for all schools.:)
Thanks in advance
Best Regards
XYZ
Any advice to apply top 1-yr program with minimum requirements on language tests(I simply trying to skip it due to time concern)

You will need to prove your language ability for every masters degree. I have no idea what your goals are but the MBA at UCD is an excellent option.

Usually the only way to get around submitting a language test result tends to be if you've already studied in English and have a degree from an English-language university. That doesn't always work though. In my opinion if you haven't attended school in English you would still need to take a language test, but the GMAT should also be a priority.
