Hi guys
I have received offers from these 3 schools plus Oxford Brookes, on their distance-learning MBA programme. Now comes the dilemna: which one to choose? I guess that, without considering how much it costs the obvious choice would be Warwick. It is so tempting but is it really worth it?
You will ask me why I bothered applying there then? Well, just because I trully thought I would be rejected but wanted to see anyway.
Strathclyde is well ranked worldwide (top 100 FT.) but its online MBA is not ranked.
Bradford is not in the top 100 worldwide but its online MBA was number 10 worldwide and it seems to enjoy a bit of a marmite reputation with recruiters outside the UK: love it or hate it.
Oxford Brookes is miles away from being in the top 100, it is even ranking at no. 359 on QS but its online MBA is in the top 10 by QS standards, not FT.
What to think about it? I want good education, great opportunities, thinking that my money is well invested.

Congratulatons onm being accepted to Warwick. It would be very strange to go somewhere worse, if you have the choice.

Thanks Duncan. I guess my biggest scare are the fees. It's gpb 30000, but when you add all the little extras that are not included then it comes more to gpb 40000... It's an investment.

The investment is great value when you look at the higher average salary.

Unlikely. The GMAT doesn't test listening or speaking.

Speaking from my experience, TOEFL is really a joke compared to the GMAT Verbal. I had 39 in GMAT Verbal and 118 in TOEFL, almost without any additional preparation effort...

Maybe, but the MBA is a classroom experience and the oral experience is really vital for most schools.
