Online MBA suggestions

napoli91
Hi ! I'm in the middle of looking over some potential Online MBA programs while working part-time (consultant for an IT firm Canada). Not interested in anything Canada has to offer, I've been looking over schools in the US and Europe. Predominately in the US and UK.

I wanted anyone's feedback / recommendations for some of the schools I've been going over. Unfortunately Warwick isn't an option (not enough managerial experience). While the following have expressed interest in my profile and are possible alternatives (fit my budget as well, approx 40-50K).

- Imperial College of London
- University of Birmingham
- University of Illinois (iMBA)

Anything people may have to share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks Duncan. From what I've read, iMBA is getting some positive feedback. Obviously if I were to stay in Canada or North America for that matter it would be nice to attend a university over here. However Imperial, Warwick, Durham have a reputable/notable alumni prescence here in Canada so hence why I haven't discredited them yet.

Would you be able to recommend a similar US program to that of the iMBA that could be worth looking into? Though I seem to be leaning more towards Illinois. From previous threads it doesn't seem your to fond of Imperial either, or at least in comparison to Warwick which I can see why. However how do you rate it overall? Still an interesting and competitive program next to Durham from what I've seen. More so than Birminghams..

I can't think of anything that combines quality and price as well as Illinois, other than the Harvard ALM.

Thanks Duncan. Will continue digging in. Looking at the UK, how would you rate Imperial over Durham (in terms of brand/reputation)? I've seen a lot of mixed reviews and or feelings.

In terms of overall reputation, Imperial has probably an edge on Durham. Same is true for a comparison of their full-time MBAs.

However, Durham's online program is probably better overall than the comparable Imperial one.
