With out of state fees of $15,593, I was very surprised to see this MBA on the website of the University of North Carolina system:- http://programs.northcarolina.edu/program/fayetteville-state-university-master-of-business-administration-master It's a one year online MBA with several concentrations:
- Entrepreneurship
- Finance
- Healthcare Management
- International Business
- Management
- Project Management

Interesting. There's also the Online MBA from Louisiana - Monroe, which, depending on if you've done some of the prereqs or not, is in this price range as well.

I am an international student who wants to do an online MBA from a US b-school. This program is in my price range - is it a good value?

There's nothing better at a lower price. Illinois at $20,000 is much better.

Why specifically a US b-school?

With the drop in the British pound, some of the ranked UK programs are starting to look like even better values. Assuming the GBP stays low maybe look at the online offerings from schools like Durham and Bradford.
