Neither of these is a good option, but at least Liverpool is a real university and has an okay reputation, unlike LSBF.

Are you only looking at online degrees? If so, look at the IT-Project Management M.Sc. at Stockholm University.

Stockholm is certainly a very good university but this particular program may be not. It is very soft and entirely management in its approach. usually a good project management degree involves areas such as hard design techniques and frameworks. Some architectural and system/networking IT background is useful. Also not covering the financial/budgeting aspect of projects is a huge miss.

I would rather sign up for a more relevant degree at the main University of Technology of Norway forgot the name or its peer the Royal Institute of Technology. I don't know if they do online degree though

LSBF, I think you meant to post that elsewhere. This is a thread about online MSc's in project management, which you don't offer or mention.

I am not sure about that Limerick program. I'd stick with a school that has international accreditation - like Aberdeen/Robert Gordon: they have an MSc in project management that can be completed entirely online.

Or Boston University offers a master of science in project management course, through its distance learning department (not through the business school.) This might be worth looking into as well.
