MBA in Australia now

Is it even worth doing an MBA in Australia now? How likely is it for a non-Australian to be hired in the country, especially given covid? I am from India but have a lot of international experience in the UK and Singapore. I was thinking about doing an MBA from an Australian school in 2021. Anybody else?

If you go to a top business school, I don't think it's out of the question to expect to land a job in the country after graduation.

It's always been relatively challenging for international students to make that kind of transition, but companies are still hiring - maybe to a lesser degree than before. The question is, what will hiring look like in another year? That's unclear right now, to pretty much everybody.

Keep in mind it's a relatively small labor market compared to the likes of the UK or the US, and of course much more spread out than somewhere like Singapore.

Do you have any goals in terms of what kind of company you'd like to work in (or at least your preferred industry?)

I'm also seriously considering an MBA in Australia. However I have a question - if the program is delivered online due to COVID, can we still get a work visa after graduation?

Ask the school? These are quite extraordinary times and my feeling is that the immigration authorities did not account for this kind of 'mixing' of delivery types.

In general those who complete a degree completely online would probably not be eligible for post-work study visas.
