The Program

The 10-course MBA in General Management can be completed in as few as 12 months through online, face-to-face, or in a combination of online and face-to-face study. Students have the ability to explore personal areas of interest and meet professional objectives by focusing their MBA in: Health Care Administration, International Business, Investment and Finance, Organizational Communication, Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Strategic Marketing Management, and The Human Side of Enterprise.
The International Business concentration highlights a collaboration between PSU and Universitatea Babeş-Bolyai (UBB)—of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Designed for aspiring professionals in management or staff positions in businesses and public institutions, the MBA with a certificate in International Business provides a substantial foundation for a career in a local or multi-national enterprise. Taught entirely in English, the degree is one of the few ACBSP-accredited MBA programs that reach across borders without the complications of international travel. Grounded in online collaboration-based courses that draw on knowledge and experience of U.S. and international students, courses are taught alternatively by PSU and UBB professors.
