Melbourne vs. other overseas schools?

Besides AGSM it is definitely the top choice in Australia, but how does it compare to programs in Asia and Europe? The EIU ranked MBS #26 but I only have a slight idea of what type of school it really is (strengths, weaknesses, focus etc.) Are there any non-Australian competitors or schools with similar MBA approaches? And what is MBS's reputation outside of Australia? Anybody there who can give me some advice?

Mon Jan 26, 2009 02:16 PM I just read that it got a boost in the Financial times rankings - 23 places to 52nd. not bad at all! AGSM is still the best in Australia ranked at 32. this is really a good position and it says a lot about the placement chances and reputation of the program world wide.
