Time out of the office

james.reuben Joined: 14 Oct 2009 Posts: 2	Time out of the office Thu Oct 15, 2009 03:14 PM Hi, does anyone know on average doing an Executive MBA, how long someone would be out of the office studying at lectures during the working week over the course of a year?

Most EMBA programs hold classes after normal working hours, or on weekends. They usually try to minimize the impact on your employment, because they know most people enrolled in EMBAs are usually working full time.

james.reuben Joined: 14 Oct 2009 Posts: 2	Time out of the office Wed Oct 21, 2009 02:13 PM Thanks Ralph- that is what I thought - I have been looking at (in the UK) for example Lancaster and Henley College and they both seem to have EMBA modules being run on weekdays. I know of others that do the same and wasn't sure if this was the norm?

andrzej Joined: 02 Nov 2009 Posts: 14	Time out of the office Fri Nov 06, 2009 10:01 AM This is the norm. how would an executive be able to learn otherwise? - this is not like a normal MBA program - EMBA is made for busy people, and i think you will find most programs work like this.
