Have you taken the GMAT? Are you looking for schools specifically in the UK, or other places as well?

It's hard because I can't decipher your profile (don't know what your scores above mean). When are you taking the GMAT?

Hi,

One more confused mind here! I am also looking for a 1-yr MBA from UK. I am planning to take up IELTS in the end of Oct. I have total of 4 yrs and 2 months of exp as a Developer/consultant in IT.
As per my knowledge, there are very few universites in UK which make GMAT score mandatory for application. And hence, I have decided to skip GMAT. Could any one suggest list of good universities considering the following factors?

1. AMBA accredited
2. Has a good reputation and ranking (though this is not the only criteria for selection)
3. The city / town where the university is located (To estimate a fair cost of living).
4. The part-time job prospects that the town / city provides during the course.
5. The Job prospects after the completion of course

And finally, please clarify on the work visa available after study in UK. Assuming that any organization would not sponsor for a work permit, is there any option of applying for a work visa (irrespective of whether got into a job or not)?

Kindly let me know if we need to consider any other factors as well.

Thanks.
